Rochelle Railroad Park

This small park lies at the diamonds between the BNSF and Union Pacific railraods in Rochelle. There are as many as 120 freights passing through in a 24 hour period. The park has a pinic structure providing shade, tables, a great view of the tracks, and even a scanner for listening to the two railroad's road frequencies for that area. There is a small visitor center/gift shop and flush washrooms. They even have a web site.
